This Rosѐ wine is produced from Shiraz and Tempranillo grapes. The grapes are hand-picked, separated and lightly crushed and left, still with the skins, to infuse overnight in a chilled stainless-steel bin until the desired colour is achieved. After extraction and separation of the liquid from the solids, the juice is allowed to ferment in a temperature-controlled stainless-steel bin. This wine is light and pleasant, fruity and fresh with a delicate, attractive colour suited to be served as an appetizer or with light meals. It is recommended to serve at temperatures of between 5 and 18 ℃.
