This wine is a blend of Shiraz and Tempranillo grapes grown in the family vineyards. The grapes are hand-picked and immediately taken for processing. The grapes are fermented in stainless-steel bins and the liquid extracted after fermentation is transferred to wooden oak barrels stored in the winery cellar. The wine is deep-coloured, medium-bodied and suited to accompany a range of foods - meat, quiches and light meals. It is recommended to serve at a temperature of 18 ℃.
