This wine is produced from Syrah grapes hand-picked from the family vineyards and immediately used to start the process of wine preparation. The grapes are fermented in stainless-steel bins and the liquid extracted after fermentation is transferred to mature in wooden oak barrels stored in the winery cellar. The wine is deep-colored, full-bodied and particularly suited to accompany stews and meat meals. It is recommended to serve at a temperature of 18 ℃ .
